Peter and the Boycott gives you a different perspective that you don’t often see. It takes the viewpoint of a child of one of the most transformative moments in the nation’s history. It does not over complicate the issue it just gives the viewpoint of a child and a child’s understanding that I child would understand. The illustrations are simple and great. The story is simple and great but carries the point well.
